What we are

Stratinad is a reflective insight companion. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a prediction service. Insights we generate are interpretive — to help you reflect, not to tell you what is true about you or your future.

What we store

• Account: email, sign-in metadata, account creation date.
• Profile: the name, birth date, birth time and birth place you provide, plus your language preference.
• Computed profiles: astrology, numerology, Human Design and psychological mapping summaries derived from your inputs.
• Conversations: messages you send to the advisor and the advisor's replies, organised in threads.
• Memory: compressed summaries of recurring themes, so the advisor stays coherent without re-reading every transcript.
• Reflections: insights you choose to save.
• Compatibility profiles: the people you add (name, relationship type, birth data) and notes you write about them.
• Usage logs: model name, token counts, cost estimates — used for quota enforcement and billing.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not use your private conversations to train public AI models.
• We do not store hidden reasoning, debug prompts, or content beyond what is necessary.

Who can read your data

Your data is isolated per account using row-level security at the database. No other user can read, edit, or delete your profile, chats, memory or reflections. Privileged operations (account deletion, exports) run server-side only — service credentials are never sent to the browser.

Third-party services

To operate Stratinad, we use trusted service providers for specific functions:

• Supabase — authentication, database and storage.
• OpenAI — AI-generated insights and conversations.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Resend — transactional emails.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and infrastructure.

These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share your data for advertising purposes.

How AI is used

When you chat with the advisor, we send only the minimum context needed: your profile summary, a compressed memory snapshot, and the current conversation. We do not send your full history every time. Generated replies are stored alongside the message so you can revisit them.

Your controls

From the Privacy & data page you can:

• Export every row we hold about you as JSON.
• Clear your chat history.
• Clear long-term memory summaries.
• Delete saved reflections.
• Delete compatibility profiles.
• Permanently delete your account and all related data.

Retention

We retain data until you delete it. When you delete your account, your active data is removed immediately and becomes inaccessible. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups before being automatically purged.
